I kickstarted my career in 2008 as a recruiter with AECOM, a Fortune 500 company, where I reviewed and screened 1000s of resumes and filled 100s of corporate and engineering positions across Canada and the U.S.
Today, I manage my own career services company, Final Draft Resumes, where I help executives, middle managers, and established professionals from almost every industry
